About Hand Barrel White Marble Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Hand Barrel Bourbon started with an aspect many whiskey makers only glance over: the bottle. They set out to make the perfect bottle ― one that would protect the spirit within like no other brand’s bottle has done. UV light is the enemy of whiskey, and the bottle is designed to shroud the liquid from light. With each attractive barrel-shaped bottle hand-dipped in wax, each pour is uniform. White Marble is their first small-batch high-rye Kentucky bourbon release. Its mash consists of 64% corn, 24% rye, and 12% malted barley. After distillation, the bourbon enters its American white oak casks (char #4) at 105-115 proof, where it then spends up to 4 years. The bourbon is then bottled without chill-filtration at 105 proof, making for a bold yet smooth sipper that’s versatile to boot ― try it in a whiskey-forward cocktail!
